Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can sort it out and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we can't refund or return items that have been opened or used. We're also unable to accept returns for items bought with gift cards.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Returns without prior approval

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Always email us first to start a return.
