Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. Orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses will be returned to us, and resend fees are the customer's responsibility.

During the holiday season, allow up to 3 extra business days for dispatch. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit by our couriers, we'll send you a full replacement at no cost.

If your order exceeds 20 days since purchase and still hasn't arrived, please email us so we can investigate or arrange a refund.
